
Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamaligai Jewellery New Gold Flexi Advantage Scheme has been exclusively created to help you plan and buy the jewellery that you always wanted to buy. All you have to do is fill in a simple form and join the New Gold Flexi Advantage Scheme . On enrolment, you can select an amount of your choice as monthly advance payment. There are various slabs starting from Rs. 1000 onwards. You will also get a Customer Receipt Book to keep track of your payments. All you have to do is pay eleven equal monthly advance payments. After making the advance payment for the last month, you can buy your favourite jewellery with 100% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18%. The customer can opt for either the value-based or the gold weight-based option.
Term & Conditon
The customer can purchase Jewellery on the 10th or the 11th month of enrolment with full benefits.
• On completion of 11 months from the date of enrollment, the customer will be eligible to purchase the selected jewellery with 100% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% under Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamligai Jewellery New Golden Eleven Flexi, limited to the accumulated value/weight. However, if the customer wishes to purchase silver articles or silver jewellery, the customer will be eligible for the benefits as listed in the benefits table.
• The monthly advance payments must be paid within the 10th of every month.
• Whenever there is a rate reduction on gold jewellery (example Rs.50 less per gram), the discount will be applied only on the prevailing gold rate and not on the advance paid amount.
• Monthly Advance payment will not be accepted in cash and must be paid online through the SBJ mobile app by way of Debit Cards / Credit Cards / UPI . A Customer can use multiple jewellery purchase plan accounts for the purchase of single jewellery. If there is any default in the monthly advance payments, the plan will be discontinued automatically.
• Customers will have to bring the customer receipt book every month while making the advance amount and should submit it for update.
• Customers who choose to discontinue within 6 months of enrollment will not be eligible for any benefit / discount on wastage and MC and can only redeem to the extent of accumulated weight / value under the plan, by paying 100% wastage and MC.
• Customers who discontinue during 7th or 8th month of enrollment, the member will be entitled to 30% discount on the Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% and for discontinuation during 9th month, the customer will be entitled to 40% discount on the Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18%, limited to the accumulated gold weight/value under the plan. If the customer discontinues during the 10th month, the member will be entitled to 50% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% to the extent of accumulated gold weight / value under the plan.
• The monthly advance against the purchase of jewellery must be paid continuously without fail.
• KYC is compulsory to enrol in the plan, in case of change in address or loss of customer receipt book, the customer should inform the company immediately and apply for a new customer receipt book with KYC details.
• The customer may appoint a nominee on submission of KYC details for both self and the nominee. Guardian will sign as well and also be the nominee in case of minors.
• Payments of monthly advance against purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.
• The advance against purchase of jewellery can be paid & customers can take delivery of selected jewellery at Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamligai Jewellery showroom in India.
• Balance advance amount, if any, will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on purchase of Gold/Silver jewellery.
• Customers who choose to pre-close within 6 months from the enrollment will not be eligible for any benefits.
• The customers will be eligible for 50% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% only after they have paid all the advance payments continuously. The customer will not be able to continue in the event of default in the monthly advance payments, hence it is required that the customer pays the advance payments continuously without fail.
• The customer can purchase jewellery from or after the 11th month of enrollment or before 365 days from the date of enrollment. Customer's advance amount should be purchased within 365 days from the date of enrollment. The advance amount will be refunded in gold or value.
• When the customer purchases jewellery in excess of accumulated weight/amount, the wastage and MC as applicable will be borne by the customer for the excess weight/amount.
• GST & any other Government levies at the time of purchase/delivery for all sale transactions will be borne by the customer.
• The customer's signature will be verified at the time of delivery.
• The company at its sole discretion can alter, amend, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Chennai.

1. How to make the monthly advance payment?
- Advance payments should reach Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamligai Jewellery before the 10th of every month. Payments can be made online by Debit / Credit cards, UPI through mobile app. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
2. What if I discontinue?
- Customers who choose to discontinue within 6 months of enrolment will not be eligible for any benefit/discount on wastage or MC and can redeem only to the extent of accumulated gold weight/value under the plan. However, if the customer discontinues during 7th or 8th month of enrolment, the member will be entitled to 30% discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% and for discontinuation during 9th month, the customer will be entitled to 40% discount on the Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18%, limited to the accumulated gold weight/value under the plan. If the customer discontinues during the 10th month, the member will be entitled to 50% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% to the extent of accumulated gold weight/value under the plan.
3. What if I don't pay continuously?
- The advance payment can be extended beyond the 11-month period for an additional 4 months. After 15 months, the plan will be discontinued according to the terms mentioned above if there are any defaults in the monthly advance payments. Therefore, it is essential to make the advance payments without fail. If a member defaults on an advance payment during this period, the plan will be automatically discontinued after the 15th month. Consequently, the member will not be entitled to a 50% discount on Wastage and MC for any jewellery, as per the stated terms.
4. Will there be GST?
- Yes, GST and any other Government levies will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

- As mentioned earlier, the Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamligai New Gold Flexi Advantage Scheme helps you get more jewellery than you could have expected. The Scheme helps you plan in advance to buy jewellery for weddings and other auspicious occasions.
6. What if I buy jewellery exceeding my advance payment?
- Wastage and MC will be charged on the excess amount/weight. For instance, if you choose Rs.2000 as your monthly advance payment, the advance amount accumulated over the 11-month period will be Rs.22,000. If the selected jewellery value is Rs.50,000, the customer is eligible for 50% Discount on Wastage and MC on any jewellery with Wastage up to 18% on Rs.22,000 only and wastage as applicable will be payable on the balance amount of Rs.28,000. Similarly, if the weight accumulated under the plan is 3.75 gms, for example, and if the member wishes to purchase jewellery of 8 gms, the discount benefit on wastage will be applicable only on 3.75 gms.
7. Will the cash be refunded?
- The cash will not be refunded under any circumstance, as per Government regulations.
8. How do I know the amount / weight accumulated?
- This will be updated in the customer passbook (mobile app) on a monthly basis at the time of making the advance payment.
9. Can I make all the monthly payments in advance?
- The monthly payments cannot be carried over, or paid in advance.
11. Can I buy Gold Coins?
- No, you cannot purchase gold coins under this scheme.
12. Is the monthly advance amount fixed or variable?
- The monthly advance payment amount is fixed.
